We have been alerted that a Robocall service has reported some of our high-volume Invisible Biz™ Partners Twilio local phone numbers.
You are going to have to frequently change Twilio numbers because once a robocall service starts tracking your numbers, they will be reported to Twilio which will lead to an account suspension.
I think it is best to get a new number in the same area code that you have.
Please report that new number to me RIGHT AWAY, so we can resume calls for you.
If your account has been jeopardized, please let us know and we have a backup account to put your new numbers on until the issues are settled or not.
There is little we can do if someone reports your number as spam or a robocall.
The only solution is to frequently Release Your Current Twilio Number and get a new one.
The only pattern we have seen is with numbers that have exceeded 10,000 calls per week.
I apologize for this inconvenience, but it has just come to our attention about this.
Please get a new number before we go all out with the new PPP campaigns, and report those new numbers to us so that we can update your Invisible Biz ™ and keep it moving.
This won't stop us, but we must understand that these services are designed to pick up high-volume calls ... and that is exactly what we are doing in some Invisible Biz™ Partner cases.
The solution is to get new numbers... I dropped the ball on this one, and I should have thought to advise you of this before now. Some numbers have been used for months, and that is entirely too long to use the same number.
